"How does it feel like? Knowing that she's the most precious thing you've ever had or ever will - and yet, sooner or later, you will break her. She doesn't belong to this world. But she will deny it and stay here, and one way or another it will destroy her. All because she fell in love with you."

I wanted to paint a portrait of someone's face smeared with blood. Clarissa fit the idea, and besides, it's all kinds of symbolic. This was almost a speedpaint by my standards, because usually it takes like forever for me to paint from scratch.
